Japanese anthology of poems with coloured block prints. The illustrations are by Katsuma Ryūsui.
The illustrations are among the earliest Japanese coloured block prints. The captions are written in kanji (Chinese characters) while the poems are written in the cursive script sōsho which mixes Japanese phonetic script and Chinese characters.
